Injecting doubts into your dreams will only shut your dreams down
When we want to achieve something that we feel is highly improbable, it is so easy to come up with random reasons why our hopes and dreams aren't going to happen. We have preconceived notions and assumptions that bias our thoughts, and they can literally prevent us from moving forward and pursuing our dreams.
As soon as we inject doubt into our wishes, we subconsciously have already shut them down. Our brain triggers thoughts of procrastination, negativity, overthinking and more, and we end up in a negative spin cycle causing overwhelming doubt that halts all our ambition.
Never let any of your undesirable emotions reach a magnitude that will become unbearable to manage. We must make a conscious and ongoing effort to lose all our doubts, introduce certainty into our lives, and give it a try. Whether or not our wishes become possible depends upon how hard we work and the efforts we make, to not only release all our unfavourable emotions, but to focus on the new road ahead.
Change what is possible in your mind
To do something that appears to be impossible, you must change what is possible in your own mind. Lose all negative assumptions. Lose all fear. Lose all doubt. Forget about the critics and naysayers. Challenge your uncertainties. Believe in yourself and make it happen.
Human beings are fixated on logic. We come up with some many reasons to talk ourselves out of something and it can make us immobile. I cannot stress the importance of releasing all your doubt and remaining optimistically curious about your future life path. Even though your intellect may be rejecting your emotions and dampening your inner spark, trust your intuition and feelings from deep within your heart and soul. Your wish would never have entered your mind if you were not capable of completing it.
I urge you not to retreat from life – live it, experience it, and love it with all your heart.
