Daily Meditation



Use meditation to get into the right state of mind. Open your mind and allow your subconscious to take over and be limitless with no boundaries. By doing so, any messages you need to receive will have an easier path when you are awake. Replicate this every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to bed. Make it part of your daily ritual. Meditating in the morning will help you set your intentions for the day ahead. Meditating at night will also set your intentions for your body to heal through restful sleep. It is important to note that the feelings you have before you sleep often dictate how well you sleep, have a direct impact on what you dream, and better yet, helps determine where your soul will venture off to.


You may also want to incorporate the healing properties of gemstones and crystals with your meditation practices. Many ancient cultures used power stones, such as crystals and other gemstones, to release not only physical, but also mental and spiritual obstructions from the human body.
