Keeping A Dream Journal

By Ariel Colhoun Passionate about increasing the sphere of influence for women & driving positive change.

Take a moment now to think about the concept of dreaming and the content of your dreams. Why were we all given the power to dream, make wishes and clearly envision our innermost thoughts? If we were not truly capable of achieving them, we would not be given this ability. The link between our wishes and dreaming is evident. Our dreams spark our inner circuitry and fuel the current to envision our wishes through to completion.

I do encourage you to keep a dream journal at the side of your bed and as soon as you wake up from a dream, no matter the time, try to record all the details as quickly as you can without interruption. You may also benefit from simply using a voice recorder as sometimes retelling it may enable you to record the details more quickly prior to forgetting.

Many of the world's greatest inventors claim their innovations were 'downloaded' to them in their dreams.
