There's no better way to get a huge dose of nutrients in one serving. Citrus fruits high in Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) combined with fresh ginger can be highly effective antioxidants and will also protect your cells from damage by free radicals. Our smoothie not only tastes amazing but will give you that extra boost of energy!
Orange Glow Smoothie
Ingredients for 1 smoothie:
2 peeled seedless navel oranges
1/2 squeezed lemon juice from fresh lemon
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (peeled & grated)
Blend all ingredients in a single serve Ninja blender or high-speed blender & serve. Or, if you prefer your smoothie to be cold, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes with your ingredients & blend!
